Flat roofs are a very common roof system in florida. They are also overlooked due to the fact you cannot see it from the ground. Most flat roofs dont have any pitch which means it is hard for the water to run off. At Mark Kaufman Roofing we provide variatey of flat roof systems.

At the time of inspection we will determine wether your flat roof has any slope for water to run off. If not slope may need to be added.

Adding slope to your flat roof has benifits, creates runoff, adds insulation to your home lowering energy bills and makes for a longer lasting roof. Isoboard tapper system is installed after the tear off is complete adding slope, then a membrane will be installed over the isoboard.
